Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase we would be delighted to help.  You may return the product within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase, for an exchange, store credit or refund.  Online store credits will expire after 1 year.

Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping we do not credit return shipping costs.

Please note there are no returns on original artworks.

All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Innes Des Moulins et Compagnie is not responsible for any damage or items that go missing during return shipping.

Returned items must be in the same condition as at the point of sale to be eligible for a refund.

Once received and approved we will initiate the credit or refund within 72 hours.
