TERMS & CONDITIONS

Many of Innes Des Moulins et Compagnie's pieces are handmade in our studio.  Each item will include individual variations.  Imperfections found in reproduced imagery for decoupage will remain in the finished item.  All of our glass that we use for decoupage is hand blown and will include natural variations and imperfections.  This is to be perceived as part of the character of the piece. Many of our pieces are designed to act as a bridge between the traditional and the otherwise non-conventional.

Our vintage and antique curated goods will invariably show signs of age and use.  This is to be expected but where possible we will highlight this in the descriptive text of each item. please read each item description carefully.

Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for pieces made to order before items are ready for shipment.  Other lead times may vary though we strive to process all orders within 2-4 business days.  Items may be shipped from France or the UK.  All our items are extremely fragile and will be packaged accordingly.  Shipping costs are calculated by the location and weight of each order and thus may vary.  Delayed, lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of De l'Isle et Compagnie and we have no control or responsibility should a customs delay be incurred.

All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server.

Free shipping does not apply to returns or exchanges.

Despite our best efforts items are regrettably sometimes damaged during shipping.  Should this occur please keep all of the original packaging and contact us to arrange a return within 5 days of receiving the item.

We collect information you provide in order to process orders or to update you via mailing list if you have elected to do so,  We will not and do not pass on your information to a third party ever,  Should you wish to unsubscribe at any point please email info@delisleetcompagnie.com and we will process this request immediately.
